Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive critical searches across AI/ML, engineering leadership, backend, and infrastructure. You will shape sourcing strategy, map scarce talent, and close senior engineers worldwide.

You will partner with engineering leaders to define profiles, calibrate interview standards, and coach recruiters to raise hiring quality and speed as ActAI scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring senior and difficult engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and AI/ML profiles.
• Ability to assess work depth beyond titles or CV keywords.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy.
• Ability to coach recruiters to improve sourcing and assessment quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead ActAI's highest-priority technical searches across AI/ML, engineering leadership, backend, infrastructure, web and mobile.
• Build search strategies and talent maps for scarce technical talent across global markets.
• Source, engage, assess and close senior engineering candidates.
• Set a high bar for technical profile assessment and ensure candidates' work is accurately represented.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring profiles and calibrate interview standards.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy and candidate engagement.
• Review pipeline quality and recruiting data to adapt strategies quickly.
• Develop repeatable recruiting practices to improve hiring quality and speed as ActAI scales.
