• 10+ years in agile, cross-functional teams, building cloud platforms.
• 1+ year as a People Manager.
• Experience delivering production-grade microservices on cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead career growth and provide guidance and feedback to reports.
• Contribute technically as IC or tech lead on projects.
• Oversee planning, estimation, prioritization and debt management.
• Review architecture and designs from other teams.
• Design and enforce technical roadmaps and architectures.
• Maintain production systems and handle on-call duties.
