Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager in the United States to lead a multidisciplinary squad across full-stack development, APIs, and AI-enabled platforms within Financial Services. You will guide design, architecture, and delivery while partnering with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to balance speed, security, and quality.

You’ll mentor 5–8 engineers, drive technical strategy, and own the end-to-end execution from discovery to production, including governance and SDLC improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading an engineering team or squad.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 5–8 engineers building mission-critical financial platforms and AI-enabled client solutions.
• Own squad execution from requirements and estimation through release and handover, with architecture input.
• Coach engineers through complex design and production issues and ensure release readiness.
