Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive technical leadership with enterprise technologies.
• 3–5+ years of project management delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a large team focused on hardware/software/network design and build activities.
• Ensure work aligns with architecture, requirements and is deployable to production.
• Mentor team members, manage performance and vendor partnerships.
• Drive process improvements and SDLC adherence across projects.
