Qualifications

• Strong analytical and customer service abilities.
• 5-7+ years of broad technical experience with leadership and improvement initiatives.
• 4+ years exp. identifying and implementing configuration/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to Mainframe Database Technology Operations team with global scope.
• Develop technical roadmaps, policies, and engineering procedures for network environments.
• Lead life-cycle engineering roadmap and large transformation projects.
• Manage engineers including training, objective setting, appraisals, and performance.
• Collaborate with external vendors to drive fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide governance over other teams and drive continuous improvement.
