Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Technology Leader to guide a large team responsible for hardware, software and network technologies. You will ensure design accuracy, mentorship, and timely delivery into production.

You'll drive standard processes, oversee vendor relationships, and champion continuous improvement of SDLC practices to optimize performance and reliability across the production environment. This role is based in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience with progressive scope and responsibility in enterprise technologies.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record for delivering projects and driving execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical employees and contractors; manage performance and delivery.
• Ensure designs align with architecture objectives and SDLC processes.
• Oversee artifacts and testing; ensure successful production release of new/updated technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, policies, and best practices for reliability and performance.
• Provide mentorship and escalation to leadership on issues and remediation.
