Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience with enterprise technologies.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience delivering projects.
• Proven experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated superior reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical skill requirements vary per domain.
• Preferred: 2+ years direct people management.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of highly technical employees.
• Develop and maintain a high performing team through hiring, coaching, performance/talent management and vendor partner management.
• Foster a collaborative, success-oriented environment with empowered and accountable resources.
• Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures.
• Deliver robust technical solutions and ensure service level commitments and timelines are met.
• Oversee design artifacts, ensure testing and validation prior to release of new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, policies and best practices.
