Greenpoint Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide the electrical engineering team and advance programs through planning, organization, coaching, mentoring, and training of engineers assigned. You will drive performance and ensure designs meet internal and external specifications.

The role emphasizes resource planning, performance feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality aircraft interiors and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports Engineering leadership in guiding electrical engineering to meet specs.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to staff.
• Leads weekly one-on-one meetings with engineers.
• Assists with resource planning, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Assigns daily work and ensures progress within budget and schedule.
• Coaches, mentors and guides engineers for efficiency.
• Ensures design data release timelines for aircraft delivery.
• Provides technical guidance and feedback to engineers.
• Develops tools and leads initiatives to improve delivery quality.
• Reports status to Project Engineers and Engineering leadership.
• Collaborates with other departments to solve issues and mitigate constraints.
• Identifies and reports risks, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Maintains regular attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
