The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience and USPerson ITAR eligibility.>$

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Lead Engineer and/or aircraft completions experience preferred.
• US Person for ITAR compliance: US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Guide Engineering team to meet specifications and schedules.
• Provide input for performance reviews and feedback.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with engineers.
• Assist department head with planning, recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Assign daily work within budget and schedule.
• Coach and mentor engineers to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure design data release timelines align with aircraft delivery.
