Job summary

Greenpoint is seeking a Manager of Electrical Systems to lead the electrical engineering team within its Engineering Department. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, on-time, on-budget solutions for aircraft interior electrical systems across commercial and VIP variants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum 8 years industry experience; at least 4 years leading engineers.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring staff; aerospace background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design/certify aircraft modifications for systems such as air-conditioning, cabin management, and IFE.
• Lead a team of engineers to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews and salary adjustments.
• Develop staffing plans, anticipate critical path issues, and manage multiple priorities.
• Work with other departments and vendors to reach consensus on designs.
• Assist with bids and cost estimations for new programs.
