Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide the Mechanical Engineering team, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of complex aircraft interior designs. You will mentor engineers, manage schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in aircraft structures, CAD tools, and project budgeting, with a track record of delivering high-quality aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lead Engineer and/or aircraft completions experience preferred.
• US Person for ITAR compliance and legal eligibility for program work.

Responsibilities

• Supports Engineering leadership in guiding the Mechanical Engineering team to ensure successful completion of designs meeting specs and requirements.
• Provides input for performance reviews and assists department head with feedback delivery.
• Conducts weekly one-on-one meetings with engineers and coordinates resource planning, recruiting, and training.
