Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a senior electrical engineer to create and review complex electrical designs for VIP and commercial cabin interiors. You will define system architecture and develop wiring diagrams, coordinating with clients, FAA designees, and vendors to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

The role requires a strong background in aerospace electrical systems, CAD, and data management, with the ability to mentor teammates and manage project cost and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Aerospace or Electrical engineering with minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience strongly preferred.
• U.S. Person eligibility for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Creates, modifies, and reviews electrical designs for VIP and commercial aircraft interiors.
• Define system architecture meeting client and regulatory requirements, incl. cabin management and power distribution.
• Design wire diagrams and technical documents; review drawings and issue redlines.
• Support verification and testing per FAA design requirements.
• Interface with clients, FAA designees, and vendors to ensure design conformance.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with project teams to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Lead, or function as focal, on project assignments and participate in bid planning.
