Job summary

1110 Invesco Group Services, INC. is looking for a Senior Engineer to take the technical lead for Workforce Management and Payroll integrations. You will define solution architecture and ensure compliance across global regions while collaborating with key teams.

This role requires a strong background in Workday, including Time Tracking and Payroll PECI design, as well as excellent documentation skills. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will shape the future of Workday capabilities and ensure scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll PECI design.
• Hands‑on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Calculated Fields.
• Deep knowledge of effective‑dated HR data and retro pay impacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain lead for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
• Define target‑state architecture and integration patterns.
• Govern PECI and all outbound payroll integrations.
