Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Workday Integrations Developer to configure business processes, report writing, and system development changes while providing direct support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams.

The position also implements and modifies system configurations, including business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations, to align with legal and business requirements. This role plays a key part in testing, troubleshooting and optimizing system changes through UAT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer programming or development.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday business processes, report writing and system development changes.
• Provide direct HRIS/Workday support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams.
• Implement new system configurations to align with legal and business requirements.
• Modify and maintain existing business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimizations, including: Parallel testing, Regression testing, End‑to‑End testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
