Job summary

Global Industrial seeks a Senior Engineer, Workday Integration Developer to design, build, test and deploy Workday integrations across HR domains. You will work in a fast-paced environment, guiding lifecycle phases from design to production support, ensuring quality and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in Workday HCM integrations, expertise with EIB/Studio, and the ability to create reports and integrate with third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday HCM integration experience (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc).
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
• Experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Knowledge of Workday security.
• Experience with document transformation (XSLT, XPATH).

Responsibilities

• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
• Support existing integrations.
• Resolve integration issues requiring in-depth Workday expertise.
• Work with HR domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) for integrations.
• Produce documentation and artifacts for each development phase.
• Develop test cases and peer review code.
• Provide production support and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HRIS standards and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
