Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective clients.
• Lead customer and conference calls.
• Manage a list of clients from support through the sales cycle to closed business.
• Meet tight deadlines to respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying BOM plans and related customer documents.
