Job summary

Spirit Electronics, LLC, a veteran-owned, woman-owned value-added supplier, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth for engineering services, MIL-STD testing, foundry services, and assembly solutions.

You will translate complex technical information into clear value propositions, build relationships with aerospace and defense customers, present proposals, and coordinate with engineering and program managers. Travel to industry events and customer meetings is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
5+ years of technical sales experience in aerospace/defense.
Strong knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductors and EEE components.
Familiarity with MIL-STD testing procedures and requirements.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with aerospace/defense customers and identify opportunities.
Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, account representatives, and program managers.
Forecast sales pipeline and close deals while ensuring compliance.
Travel for customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
