Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience delivering scalable cloud-native apps.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and autonomous agents is a plus.
• Strong product sense with ability to tie customer impact to metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Build resilient systems with focus on latency, scale, and reliability.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities and integrate modern AI models.
• Drive engineering velocity using modern tooling and practices.
• Instrument metrics and iterate based on user data and business results.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, data, and product teams.
• Travel 2–4 times per year for onsite planning.
