Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, cross-functional Professional Services & Training programs for Financial Services accounts. You will independently drive complex initiatives, guide strategic direction, and ensure value realization across accounts.

With 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles and deep PS&T knowledge, you will manage multi-stakeholder programs, pursue upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales and GTM teams to meet growth targets while

Qualifications

7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with influence and execution.
Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, incl. partner funding programs.
Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.

Responsibilities

Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Drive full-cycle sales of standard and customized PS&T programs, leveraging best practices.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet revenue targets.
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to align PS&T targets with growth goals.
Monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.
