Responsibilities

• Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals.
• Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market‑specific complexities across multiple countries.
• Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go‑to resource for peers on complex projects.
• Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training offerings.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
