You will mentor junior Engagement Managers, build strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to multi-team bookings while navigating regulatory challenges and high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings and customization for complex environments.
• Proficient thought leadership, externally recognized in the industry.
• Participate in the hiring process to attract top-tier talent.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50%.
• Active high-level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional impact at the BU/Region level and contribute to booking targets.
• Own multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives with high autonomy.
• Coach and mentor junior Engagement Managers.
• Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead PS&T sales.
