Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Surgical Vision Capital Projects to join the Jacksonville, Florida team. The role leads engineering teams focused on expanding production capacity for intraocular lens manufacturing, collaborating with R&D, procurement, and finance to drive project execution.

You will oversee multi-site projects, develop talent, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while advancing technology and process improvements across the Vision

Qualifications

Min 8 years industry experience in an engineering environment.
Min 3 years of technical project management.
Experience managing engineering projects in FDA/Health Agency-regulated settings.
English fluency required.
Spanish fluency is a bonus.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead Capital Projects Engineering teams across global sites to add production capacity for intraocular lens manufacturing.
Partner with R&D, Advanced Tech, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and supply chain to plan, procure, install, and qualify new manufacturing equipment.
Provide timely reporting on project status to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop and manage capital budgets, strategic plans, and cash flow targets.
