Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with vendors to source off-the-shelf and custom components preferred.
• Experience in ISO and FDA regulated environments preferred.
• Packaging knowledge and related standards preferred where packaging is in scope.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate engineering strategy aligned to business goals; establish and monitor product/process KPIs.
• Provide technical leadership for multi-brand engineering portfolios including NPIs and lifecycle improvements.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-site development of business cases; drive prioritization and implementation.
• Provide governance for engineering projects ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO and budget commitments.
• Develop and manage capital investment plans and project spend; analyze capabilities for future needs.
• Enable data-driven decision making through reliable insights and reporting.
