This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and several years of experience in medical devices manufacturing, with strong problem‑solving skills. Collaborative leadership and cross‑functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline with 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated project leadership, validation, statistical analysis, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately to highly complex manufacturing projects with safety, regulatory compliance, and business goals in mind.
• Own investigations and technical problem solving for recurring or high-risk manufacturing issues.
• Develop charters, plans, financial estimates, technical justifications, and capital requests; present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement robust characterization, design of experiments, qualification, and validation strategies.
• Serve as process or equipment SME during audits, reviews, transfers, and technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; provide technical direction to project teams.
