Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, R&D, or process development within medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Demonstrated project leadership, validation, statistical analysis, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated manufacturing engineering projects with significant process/equipment ownership.
• Develop charters, plans, financial estimates, and capital requests; present to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME during audits, reviews, transfers, and technical decisions; mentor engineers and technicians.
