Qualifications

• Seniority with 15+ years in energy industry or related advisory services.
• Deep energy sector subject-matter expertise across regulatory, commercial and market.
• Proven track record advising utilities, energy companies or major players.
• Ability to originate new work and expand existing accounts.
• Experience leading complex engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; credible with executives.
• Will travel to client sites and industry events as required.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or professional credentials advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Originate, scope and lead complex consulting engagements across the North American energy sector.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, utilities, regulators, investors, developers, legal counsel and other industry stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory, commercial, financial and industry challenges.
• Lead the development of high-quality analyses, reports, presentations and testimony.
• Maintain and expand senior client relationships, identifying opportunities for new engagements.
• Lead business development activities, including proposals, scopes, budgets.
• Provide senior oversight and quality control across engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Represent the firm at industry events and through thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams and contribute to recruitment and firm leadership.
