Job summary

Qualifications

• Six to ten years in renewable energy project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking or infrastructure private equity.
• A record of leading utility-scale US renewable energy financings through to close.
• Established relationships with US commercial banks and private credit funds.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute construction, bridge and term debt, portfolio financings and refinancings for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Run lender processes and negotiate term sheets alongside internal and external counsel.
• Support the financing of project and portfolio acquisitions.
• Coordinate engineers, appraisers, insurers and tax equity counterparties through transactions.
• Oversee project financial models, including debt sizing, returns and sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor covenants, maturities and refinancing needs across the portfolio.
