QTS Data Centers seeks a Consultant, Energy Strategy & Operations to act as a senior extension to the Director, Energy Strategy & Operations, operationalizing the energy strategy and delivering executive-, board-, and Blackstone-ready reporting.

The role owns energy data definitions, validates inputs across Energy, Development, Operations, and Finance, and produces dashboards and materials tracking power availability, load growth, and development sequencing to inform capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience owning datasets, dashboards, and executive/investor reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and produce executive-ready materials.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise definitions, standards, and controls for energy- and power-related data; maintain the single source of truth for energy metrics used in executive reporting.
• Review and validate energy inputs from multiple functions, ensuring site-level realities align with enterprise planning assumptions.
• Operationalize the strategy with metrics, dashboards, and reporting that track power availability vs. demand and risk.
• Drive scenario analysis around load growth, utility timelines, and policy changes to guide development sequencing and capital allocation.
