Zusammenfassung

QTS Data Centers seeks an experienced Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of strategically important data-center assets. You will oversee asset-level models, financing initiatives, and reporting, coordinating with Development, Operations, Accounting and external investors.

You will drive value creation through rigorous analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking while collaborating with internal teams and Blackstone on financing and governance matters.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Seven+ years in finance/real estate with asset management and asset-level financing experience.
• Proven track record with managing joint ventures and relationships with external investors.
• Expertise in real estate principles including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting.

Aufgaben

• Own a designated portfolio of assets with regional expertise.
• Maintain asset-level models and financial tools to support decision-making and value creation.
• Leverage underwriting models for asset-level financing initiatives.
• Coordinate reporting on capital spend and operating details at asset level.
• Support development plans, budgets, and variances at detailed asset level.
• Track inventory, leasing pipeline, and operating budgets across assets.
• Assist pricing and sales with inventory management and lease-up processes.
• Support bank and lender reporting and loan draws.
• Collaborate with Blackstone leadership for ad-hoc reporting needs.
