QTS Realty Trust in Ashburn, VA seeks a Senior Consultant, Energy Strategy & Operations to operationalize energy strategy and deliver executive-ready reporting. You will own energy data definitions, validate inputs across energy, development, operations, and finance, and provide decision-ready tradeoffs to leadership.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, tracking power availability vs demand, and driving scenario and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning datasets, dashboards, and executive/investor reporting.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and producing executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise definitions, standards, and controls for energy data and costs.
• Maintain single source of truth for energy metrics for executive and board reporting.
• Validate energy inputs across Energy, Development, Operations, and Finance.
