Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical system design for high-power applications.
• Experience taking complex products from architecture to field deployment.
• Strong PCB design and hands-on bring-up skills.
• Ability to run thermal simulations in MATLAB or Python.
• Embedded systems knowledge and scripting for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Set electrical architecture and technical direction for full product line.
• Build and lead a team of electrical engineers and ensure design rigor.
• Drive LV embedded systems and power converter design across portfolio.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to scale products.
• Own production end of line testers and resolve system-level issues.
