Job summary
ENGIE is seeking a Sales Manager to identify and convert high-value C&I opportunities across multiple regions, including hybrid remote options. You will cultivate executive relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive growth through energy solutions that align with customer objectives.
You will lead complex opportunities, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading energy offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant work experience in retail energy.
- 7+ years in retail energy with success in acquiring and retaining C&I customers.
- Experience managing strategic, enterprise-level opportunities and complex deals.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Mentoring and coaching sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new C&I customers for retail electricity, natural gas, and renewables.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from prospecting through contract close.
- Build executive-level relationships with customers, brokers, and consultants.
- Provide market insights to sales leadership and influence strategy.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and growth.
