Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Solutions Developer to lead energy solution development across commercial, municipal, and federal markets. You will coordinate technical and financial solutions, manage resources, and drive project development from concept to execution, including client workshops and sales alignment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Business Development and Project Leader to win projects and deliver energy efficiency, sustainability, and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of construction engineering experience with 5+ years delivering energy projects in federal/municipal markets.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement complex technical solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visits to customer sites to document energy performance data.
• Develop and evaluate energy conservation and renewable technology opportunities.
• Lead technical and financial analyses, including ROI and life-cycle costing.
• Prepare basis of design documentation with ECM descriptions and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with design engineering resources for conceptual and detailed designs.
• Support business development and client meetings to win projects.
