Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy management, business, construction management, finance, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in engineering, energy services, construction, facilities management, or related roles.
• Strong project leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, design-build, estimating, operations, M&V, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Develop integrated solutions aligning with customer objectives and project requirements.
• Drive customer alignment through workshops, presentations, and planning discussions.
• Evaluate business viability with lifecycle cost analyses and funding strategies.
• Ensure feasibility by collaborating with designers, contractors, and operations teams.
