Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, energy management, business, construction management, finance, economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, energy services, construction, facilities management, or related areas.
• Strong project leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Business and financial aptitude with ability to evaluate project value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy, infrastructure and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Develop integrated solutions aligning with customer objectives and project requirements.
• Drive customer alignment through workshops, presentations, and planning discussions.
• Evaluate business and financial viability with lifecycle cost analyses and project valuations.
• Ensure constructability and feasibility by coordinating with designers, contractors, and operations teams.
