Opportunity Interactive in Weymouth, MA is seeking an experienced Energy Services Operations Manager to oversee Southshore locations. The role drives day-to-day performance across service, delivery, office and sales, ensuring profitability, safety, customer satisfaction and scalable growth while building strong teams.

You will mentor managers, implement efficient processes, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with the Executive Team to shape annual plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or energy services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee service, delivery, office, and sales operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and manage performance.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations to managers.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE, hazardous materials handling.
• Lead departmental meetings and establish operating procedures.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Manage inventory and pricing; track budgets and forecasts.
