Job summary

Resource Innovations in Boston, MA seeks an Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Lead to steer strategy and execution for multiple contracts, managing client relationships and cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed expectations.

This role drives program leadership, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation, coordinating with utilities, partners, and internal staff to deliver on scope, budget, and milestones.

Qualifications

  • BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management.
  • 5+ years in direct client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Fastidious attention to detail.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and timelines.
  • Monitor & evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Own commercial terms of each assigned client; manage scope & pricing within contractual bounds.
  • Assist with business development including proposal content review and presentation prep.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
  • Communicate program initiatives, performance metrics, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
  • Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
