Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Operations Manager for its New Jersey team. The role leads cross-functional program delivery, oversees budgets and forecasts, and builds trusted client and stakeholder relationships to achieve large-scale energy efficiency goals.

The candidate will guide design, planning, and implementation, manage contracts and teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and forecast program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate delivery of large-energy efficiency programs to utility clients.
• Define, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted on time.
• Assess progress and adapt to market dynamics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and subcontractors.
• Manage client expectations and communications.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks.
• Support program design and work plan creation.
• Participate in contract development and negotiation.
