Stantec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead energy infrastructure projects in Southern California and across the Western US. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and collaborate with clients, regulators, subconsultants, and internal staff to deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience: 10+ years in relevant professional work, with 5+ years managing projects.
• Licenses/Certifications: PMP and/or PE preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver energy projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.
• Support proposals, pricing strategies, and risk reviews for winning bids.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
