Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years managing and/or coordinating projects.
• PMP and/or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project delivery within the Energy business for clients in the Western US.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule across projects.
• Support proposal pricing, cost proposals, and risk reviews.
• Promote health, safety, and quality management across projects.
• Foster client relationships and project team collaboration.
• Mentor and train future leaders and staff.
