Job summary

Stantec invites seasoned Project Managers to lead energy-sector initiatives across Southern California and the Western US. You will guide cross-functional teams through pursuit, planning, design, and construction, coordinating internal resources and external stakeholders to meet scope, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, PMP/PE preferred, and the ability to travel to project sites and other offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience coordinating projects.
• PMP and/or licensed PE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver energy sector projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.
• Engage internal staff and external partners, including regulatory agencies and subconsultants.
• Support proposal pricing, cost proposals, and risk reviews.
• Promote safety, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.
