Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy projects in Southern California and beyond, delivering complex infrastructure for utilities and clients. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and interface with clients, regulators, and subconsultants to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a minimum 10 years of experience, PMP and/or PE are preferred, and a strong track record in project delivery, risk management, and health,

Qualifications

• Education: minimum bachelor’s in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience: minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years managing projects.
• Licenses/Certifications: PMP and/or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the approved scope, budget, and schedule on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Writing proposals
• Establishing project objectives, procedures and performance standards, and leading multi-disciplinary teams on proposals, planning studies, feasibility through final designs, and construction services.
