Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering energy sector projects across the Western US and specific CA locations. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, engage with clients, and drive successful proposals and project execution.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project leadership within consulting, PMP/PE preferred, and are willing to travel to project sites and offices as needed. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years managing projects.
• Licenses/Certifications: PMP and/or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project teams to deliver energy infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule across proposals and projects.
• Coordinate with internal staff, subconsultants, and clients; maintain strong client relationships.
