Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager in the Energy & Resources sector to lead multi‑discipline teams on thermal generation projects across North America, serving in Owner’s Engineer or Detailed Engineering roles. You will drive client objectives, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and contribute to business development.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication, with travel to US/Canada sites as needed, and a focus on delivering projects with excellence.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; 15 years of power generation experience (Owner’s Engineer or detailed engineering/design).
• Experience leading projects using EPC, DBB, ECI delivery models.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within US and Canada.
