Job summary

Duke Energy in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Senior/Lead Products & Services Manager to oversee EnergyWise Home and the residential demand response program, with end-to-end program planning, financials, and multi-year replacement scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of demand response or utility customer programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables for EnergyWise Home and switch modernization.
• Develop multi-year replacement plan with capital and O&M forecasts.
• Manage installation contractors and vendors, including SLAs and invoices.
• Oversee end-to-end customer replacement process including scheduling and enrollment.
• Monitor progress, device performance, and resolve issues; drive continuous improvement.
