Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience or
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience or
• High School Diploma with 7+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables for EnergyWise Home and switch modernization.
• Develop and maintain multi-year replacement plan and 5-year business plans with forecasts.
• Manage installation contractors and technology vendors, including SOWs, pricing, staffing, and invoices.
• Oversee customer replacement process, scheduling tool, field service requests, and enrollment processing.
• Monitor program progress and performance, addressing issues and roadblocks.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making across operations.
