Duke Energy is recruiting a Senior/Lead Products & Services Manager to oversee P&L for select products and services and to help develop programs that boost profitability while controlling costs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with marketing and external vendors, and ensure strategies align with regulatory and business objectives across multiple jurisdictions in the United States. Hybrid work is offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Associate's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop product, program and service enhancements to improve market effectiveness and meet financial goals.
• Identify and implement promotional strategies and expand offers to other jurisdictions.
• Develop and execute exit strategies for non-performing/underperforming programs.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and measure performance to lower cost per acquisition.
• Capture leads from campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor KPIs to improve lead generation and close rates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to allocate budget and resources.
• Deliver P&L targets and customer satisfaction metrics across jurisdictions.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other related degree

Associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience
