Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, seeks a Senior HVAC Project Developer to lead front-end project development across energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization. You will evaluate customer facility needs, coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Project Management, and external partners, and guide solutions from concept to contract.

Some Midwest travel is required.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in mechanical HVAC systems, with broad energy/building knowledge.
• Equivalents: education and work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems for risks, maintenance needs, and improvements.
• Develop solutions with designers, contractors, estimators, and operations teams.
• Ensure code compliance and manage project costs and financial coordination.
• Develop compelling business cases for capital improvements and ROI.
• Coordinate with utility partners for rebates and incentives.
• Lead workshops and present solutions to customers.
