Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex projects.
• 5+ years in direct client-facing roles (business development, program implementation, or account management).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution within budget and timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, and implement improvements through reviews and client touchpoints.
• Own commercial terms, manage scope and pricing within contracts.
• Assist with business development activities, including proposal review and interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and communities.
• Communicate program initiatives, metrics, and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvements to ensure milestone delivery.
• Create and maintain client and internal reports with clear takeaways.
