Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL . We are seeking a motivated and pro-active Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency program design and implementation to join our dynamic team. As Senior Program Manager you will be a part of a leadership team that manages and oversees implementation, outreach, operations, technical, and marketing professionals to deliver large-scale programming and exceed client goals and expectations.The Senior Program Manager will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing and delivering short- and long-term implementation plans, budgets and forecasts; leading cross-functional program implementation activities; and developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of program design including the creation of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, managing program to goal, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clientsCoordinate the delivery of successful large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility client(s) per contract terms and program budgetsIdentify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on timeContinuously assess project progress to goal and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamicsManage subcontractors, community partners, and other industry affiliates/stakeholdersManage client expectations, satisfaction, and communications by resolving and/or escalating client issuesInterface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needsOther duties as assignedRequirementsMust be located in the Chicago, IL area or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptanceBachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of studyA minimum of 5+ year's experience in energy-efficiency or a related fieldProven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plansAbility and experience in short- and long-range planning and strategyPrevious contract development and negotiation experienceExcellent project and program management skillsProficient in establishing job and work process flowsDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budgetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Preferred skills, education and experienceBachelor's degree in engineering or energy specificallyMaster's degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of studyPositive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativityDemonstrated ability to foster a highly positive and streamlined customer experienceInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environmentAbout Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$65,300.00-$135,000.00In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
